It is a set of pastes indicated for the initial finishing and preliminary polishing of resins and other restorative materials.

ACI and ACII combine in their formulation the lubricating properties of carbowax and high hardness abrasives, which for ACI paste are medium grained and for ACII they are fine grained.

The ACI paste is indicated for the initial surface finish and the ACII paste is indicated for the preliminary polishing to the final polishing with the extra-fine granulation pastes Diamond Excel (FGM) and Diamond R (FGM).

Aluminum oxide based paste – ACI approximately 80 microns and ACII approximately 30 microns.

Recommendation:

– The set of ACI and ACII pastes is indicated for finishing and pre-polishing resins in general, enamel, metals and amalgam.

Characteristics:

– Non-toxic ingredients, soluble in water, specially selected to help lubricate during polishing (minimizing the generation of heat during the procedure) and facilitate its removal at the end of the procedure;

– Medium viscosity;

– They are not susceptible to the action of heat (they do not melt with heat).
